Mission
Our mission is to strengthen the interpersonal bonds that shape a child’s earliest years, defend the dignity and inclusion of senior citizens within families and communities, equip the present generation with the awareness, tools, and collective will to heal the relational fractures of our time.
How we are going to do this , the power is with you, nature and God. The focus will be on -grounded,down the level simple community programmes, policy advocacy, caregiver education, and intergenerational initiatives that reconnect the very young with the very old — because a society that tends to both ends of life tends to life itself.
We like to work at the intersection of early childhood development, elder care, and social reform — not as separate causes, but as one human story.
ABOUT US
Shiirdi.in , born from a simple, urgent observation: that the three most vulnerable groups in any society — children under six and senior citizens , equally the present generation — are too often left to navigate their needs in isolation from each other and from the generation that connects them.
Founded by once a teacher, now home maker , interested in family bond and societal relationships as a whole, like to operate at the ground level — in homes, community centres, schools, and care facilities — as well as at the systemic level, influencing policy, shifting cultural narratives, and building coalitions for lasting change.
We, Shiirdi.in do not see early childhood and elder care as two separate sectors. We see them as two ends of the same rope — and the present generation as the hands that must hold both.
