The focus will be on&nbsp; -grounded,down the level simple&nbsp; community programmes, policy advocacy, caregiver education, and intergenerational initiatives that reconnect the very young with the very old \u2014 because a society that tends to both ends of life tends to life itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We like to work at the intersection of early childhood development, elder care, and social reform \u2014 not as separate causes, but as one human story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ABOUT US<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shiirdi.in , born from a simple, urgent observation: that the three most vulnerable groups in any society \u2014 children under six and senior citizens , equally the present generation \u2014 are too often left to navigate their needs in isolation from each other and from the generation that connects them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded by once a teacher, now home maker , interested in family bond and societal relationships as a whole, like to operate at the ground level \u2014 in homes, community centres, schools, and care facilities \u2014 as well as at the systemic level, influencing policy, shifting cultural narratives, and building coalitions for lasting change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We, Shiirdi.in do not see early childhood and elder care as two separate sectors.
